What is the diameter of the round pads? (behind knee and over ankles) is it thick foam? trying to avoid cheap ankle and knee padding. thanks

The foam is not as think as I'd like. I'm 205 lbs so the pressure may be different depending on your weight. I'd say the diameter is about 4-5 inches. Other than the pad thickness, I really do like the overall product.

Did any buyer who used this bench for decline d.b. press movement notice any wobbling/tilting to cause distaction?. Did you feel safe?.

My son is 6 foot 2 and weighs about 220 lbs. He uses it every day. It's a bit short but not wobbly at all. He doesn't hit his head or anything when he uses it but it could be a problem if you are taller than him.
