ネギを切る為と、キャベツの千切りで使っています。 切れ味も良く、コンパクトな作りなので場所を取らず良い感じです。 裏面にある、厚さ調整スライドは改良の余地ありです。スライドが緩く使っている最中にスライドが1個ズレる事があります。 もう少しスライドを固めにした方が良いと思います。
