The utensils flips on its own since the handle is heavier than the body
Since the handle is very heavy in comparison to the saucepan, it flips on the handle side if the volume/weight of food stuff ( whether liquid or solid).

The milk pan looks very good but utility wise not fit for use. Milk spills all over due to poor curvature of the pan :-( disappointed.
