On my third month of these and me and my hairdresser can definitely tell my hair is thicker and has more volume. Hair loss while shampooing has reduced by 90%. Taste good and great value, take 2 each day. They say biotin doesn't work unless your body is deficient in biotin but I will continue to take as it's certainly making improvements with my hair during the menopause years.

I’m always sceptical about vitamin gummies but I’m 100% telling the truth when I say these have eliminated so many issues. I brought these about a month ago and I finished them a couple of days ago after consistently taking them. I was struggling with a bit of hair loss because I think I was deficient in a few things which is obviously not ideal. My skin has minor breakouts sometimes and my nails can be a bit flimsy. After taking these, my hair is not falling out in clumps anymore and any hair loss is extremity minimal or there isn’t any at all. My skin has gone from minor breakouts to the odd spot, but I’ve been getting compliments on how it is looking really good and healthy, my nails are growing fast and a lot stronger now. And the cherry on top is that these genuinely taste really nice. I just can’t believe how much my hair has grown since being on them. My biggest advice is be patient and stick to good skin/hair care routines and you will definitely see improvements. I’ve just brought another bottle so I am excited to progress more!

It came in good condition they taste great although a little too sweet. So far I haven’t seen any changes, I know it’s minimum of like 3 months to see something

I’m not sure I’m getting what I want out of these as I’m on medication which has maybe reduced the effectiveness of them but I will persevere and hopefully can come back at a later date with a more positive review so fingers crossed. Good value for money and flavour

Only been taking these for a few days so can't comment on results. The gummies are very pleasant to take, nice fruity flavour.
