Is the unit supposed to just cut off after you turn it on?

Hello, customer. If you don't do anything after the air purifier is turned on, the LED display will rest to save power. The display will light up again when you touch the screen. You don't need to turn it off once you turn it on, it won't work after you turn it off. Thank you for choosing VEWIOR Air Purifier!
