This Samsung Bespoke Jet vacuum cleaner is the vest vacuum we've ever bought, hands down (and we've been through quite a few big name brands in the past). As a matter of fact, we bought a Shark corded vacuum only about six months prior to getting this one, and although it's a powerful vacuum cleaner and is great in many ways, working with the stiff power cord that it has leaves much to be desired. But, we bought that vacuum cleaner as I just wasn't sure if a battery-powered cordless vacuum would give me the power, and time, to do the vacuuming that I needed and wanted. We decided to "bite the bullet" and give this cordless vacuum a try as it was one I had also did a lot of research on, and without a doubt I know I hit the winner with this Samsung Bespoke Jet model with its All-In-One Clean Station! The power is absolutely great even with the "Minimum" settings, and for those times I need "Maximum" power, this vacuum has NO problem giving it to me. As well, we were greatly surprised at how long the battery will continue provide power to the vacuum, and without sacrificing the suction of the unit! We had a cordless hand vacuum in the past, and as the charge went down, so did the performance of the vacuum. Not in this case! It continues with virtually the same power until the very end (and then you have another battery to use if you need!). So far, I've only needed to use the second battery on a few jobs, and they were completed well before the second battery's power was used up, so there's not been a vacuuming job we've done that the Samsung Bespoke Jet hasn't been able to complete. We also love that all the attachments fit in their own little stand, and that the vacuum has its own "Clean Station" stand, too, with a very easy to use way of cleaning the the dust, etc. out of the vacuum's canister. Having four dogs and a cat, we also love the fact that we can, if desired, manually open up the canister and dump the contents. With so much hair shed from our pets, we would literally go through vacuum bags in the Clean Station like hotcakes on some jobs, so we have regulated the automatic canister cleaner that the Clean Station provides for our normal and light jobs, or after we've manually emptied the wads of pet hair from the canister first on our bigger jobs. I mentioned that we have pets that shed hair like crazy, but we also have hardwood floors with rugs, carpeted rooms, and tiled bathrooms. This vacuum handles them all with ease, as well as our upholstery, ceilings and chandeliers and around furniture, etc.. It's very light (I was quite surprised at that, too), and actually gets into (and under) more areas than any of my other vacuums that I've had previously. As a matter of fact, we love using this vacuum so much that the Shark rarely gets pulled out of the closet now, as the stylish Samsung Bespoke Jet, with its elegant stand (and the little accessory stand next to it) have found a great place in our living room that makes getting to the vacuum cleaner easy and quick. Combine that with power and battery life that far exceeded my expectations and there's really no need to go into the closet for the Shark any more unless my husband needs to vacuum in his work shed or one of the automobiles (we want to keep the beautiful Samsung looking as good as possible and don't want to risk getting it scratched or banged up in the shed or on the driveway). ;-) Thank you Samsung, as we feel you went "above and beyond" with this Bespoke Jet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner with the All-In-One Clean Station! The only thing I ever use to clean!!! I’ve been wanting this for a while now ever since my best friend had me babysitting her cats and let me tell you!! This cuts cleaning by half of the time!! Her cats shed SO MUCH and she has 4!! I decided to get this because I have 2 cats and recently got a 3rd kitten. Yes I’m a cat lady 🤍 but I love keeping my home clean top to bottom and it has helped me in the long run be less stressed and less embarrassed about having hair all over. I also have litter that spills (fine litter) that gets all over the floor and tracks around the house from time to time and this vacuum holds and sucks it all up! It’s the strongest vacuum I e experienced by far. It is worth every penny. The battery holds up for an entire 40 minutes on MiD and 30 in Min I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a large living room area and I’ve cleaned it all up in less time provided. It has never slowed down thus far, I know it does switch once you’re at a lower battery percentage but that’s when I was cleaning my best friend’s home, even with that I enjoyed the extra battery it provides for quick and easy switch without wait on the charging station. I’ve tried every other accessory with excitement because I haven’t been able to reach certain areas with other vacuums. The console itself is my favorite, in any case you can easily access to replace the filter as it is magnetically attached. The press of the bottom is a bit loud but so much better than having a loud vacuum around the house the entire time… we all know that annoying buzz.. I have hardwood floors so it DOES feel a little louder compared to tile but honestly it STILL better and a quieter vacuum than others!! This is a must buy. Also…. If you want that white aesthetic… get it… it’s so elegant and it does not gather dust like I thought it would.

This was a huge purchase price wise and I was skeptical 🧐 , but it has turned out to be the best purchase. This is so CONVENIENT! No more cords or trying to find an outlet (I live in a 1928 bungalow so not a lot of outlets). I am not a writer and I just don’t have the words to express how much I enjoy this vacuum. I used to just leave my Dyson (purple pet Dyson that I loved for years) sitting around my house because it was bulky and I didn’t have closet space for it (again old house not much storage space on the main floor). This is sleek and compact. The suction power is great! I’m very impressed. So lightweight and easy to use. Best of all is I just put it in the charging station, which looks like a space age piece of art, and press a button and it empties itself with vacuum force!!! It comes with attachments and an extra battery for very long jobs, I have never needed it, but love that it’s there if I ever do. I like the fact that it comes with an accessory storage/charging station. I used to have vacuum attachments all over my house because they would fall off while using my vacuum or I was switching them and had no good place to put them and I would leave them here or there (that’s more of a personal issue). Anyway, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vacuum cleaner. It is a quality vacuum that came well packaged (think about how beautifully Apple packages their products, seriously though the packaging was top notch just like the vacuum inside) with everything you need and it is tucked away in plain sight like a futuristic sculpture waiting for you whenever you need it. Buy it and step into the future.

I didn't return it, so apparently I decided it's worth it, though even at $200 off, it was insanely expensive. Cognitive dissonance? My gripes: you can't stand it up while you move stuff out of the way or answer the door, you can't put it back in the stand with any of the accessories on or with the wand extended at all. If you use an attachment, the long handle with the main head, has nowhere on the stand to go and won't stand up on its own. The thing that sucks the dirt out of the cup, a very cool feature, doesn't get all the dirt out, and the dirty looking cup is a bummer. Sometimes, when you press the dirt-suctioning button, the lid doesn't open. And then it doesn't automatically close after, so several times, I have started vacuuming, and then notice the stuff is flying out the bottom of the cup b/c I didn't close the grody lid! The accessory stand/battery charger is separate from the main stand, and if it's on the floor, it's a pain, but putting it on a table, separate from the stand, is just weird. What I like, the stand idea is cool. I can leave it out in a fairly central location. I have a very small place so I haven't used the second battery yet. The digital readout of the battery is a nice feature. In spite of all my gripes, I haven't used my big clunky canister vacuum or the cordless standing vacuum since I got this. And my very favorite thing is that I have discovered it works wonders for sucking up mosquitoes that have managed to get through my multiple layers of screen (a whole different review.) I guess for the price, I expected it to be better. But returning the ginormous thing was daunting, and it's good enough. I hope this rather wishy washy review is helpful to someone! 2 years later... I see they have an updated model, but it doesn't seem to fix my biggest gripes. Gripes: 1) I'm still cranky that it won't stand up on its own, and at least half the time when I lean it against the wall to pick up something, it falls over and scares my dog. Grrr. 2) After you empty the dust bin using the hands-free feature (cool), you MUST use your hands and touch the filthy thing to close the cap! If you forget to close it, and you vacuum, you spray all the new dust all over your home. I am still really not okay with this. 3) The tools aren't compatible with universal accessories. There's probably an adaptor out there, but for the most part the tools it came with have worked for me. 4) It's hard to get the dust thingie clean. The dust wedges up in areas that are unreachable, and it looks gross most of the time. 5) The tool caddy is a pain and the tools are kinda hard to get in and out, but that's super minor. Okay, all that behind us, I've used the thing probably twice a week in a small apartment, and I still haven't needed the backup battery. It has never given me a moment of trouble. My dog doesn't mind the sound of this vacuum! I haven't let go of my honking industrial strength canister vac, because on those occasions when I break a glass and it shatters in a zillion pieces, I don't quite trust the power of this Samsung. But for everything else, it has been just fine. It's my first one of this style, and I will tell you that its mosquito and spider catching capabilities still thrill me. It deserves 5 stars for that alone. In summary, I would buy it again (I see Costco has it). I appreciate the stand, and its function means I put the vacuum away after I use it, every time (remarkable for me.) It does what it says and looks good doing it. Recommend.

We absolutely LOVE these vacuums! In fact, we love them so much that we have purchased two for our house and one for work, they are that good! They look so nice and they are designed to be displayed, that you don’t have to dig though a closet to try to charge and get it like we did with our other major mfg stick vacuum. Having an easy way to empty the lint is such a great idea! It is well worth the investment!! We have cleaners come to our house, and they are so enthusiastic about them that now they want to buy them and got all the details from us. Many people say they don’t have good suction, but I completely disagree. There are multiple levels of suction, and it has a great LCD that shows you what mode you’re in (i.e., the amount of suction power) and the battery life left if you continue using that mode. Hands down the best stick vacuum we’ve used, and we have the most popular stick brand out there, and it may have a little better suction, but not enough to make a true difference. And, when you include other features, this is by far a better vacuum all around! I’ve also used and/or have knock-off brands and the TV brands but this is monumentally better. It’s a solid design, it doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap. It feels like a premium product, and it is. My only complaint, about 30-40% of the time, the lid won’t open by itself when you go to empty/clean when it’s on its holder. I have a simple work around however, as soon as I push the vacuum empty button on the floor stand, I simply tap the clear plastic side and the lid opens. I know it’s not supposed to work that way, but if that’s all I need to do, I’ll live with it. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but if you’re wondering, I have had these for over a year and I am just now writing the review, and unequivocally say get it! I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it!!

I bought this initially in October 2022 after I received a bonus from work and thought I would treat myself. After using it for just two months, it tipped over and the filter no longer stays attached - so it won't run unless I use a large rubber band and my hands while I'm also trying to vacuum while it's running (it stops running if the filter slips). For the price, this thing should either be able to stand upright or have some sort of kickstand to allow it to stay in place if leaned against a wall or a sofa arm. Since only 2 months had passed, I tried to return the item but could not get a response from Samsung and then tried to get my credit card involved - but they wanted me to take the vacuum to a repair shop and get a written estimate. I've been using the rubber band method ever since because I just don't feel like all that hassle. Also, I have a dog and usually have a foster dog in my home and this thing is terrible with pet hair. The canister gets cleaned out (although the suction for that leaves much to be desired too) when set on the base but there is a clog in the long pipe somewhere that I can't clear. Because of this, every time I turn off the vacuum and hold it up to return it to the base, dirt and debris fall out all over the floor. This thing is garbage and I'm so mad I wasted my money on it.

My husband convinced me to purchase this versus the Dyson and I’m glad he did. We have had our product for 2 years and have had ZERO issues. I love the suction on it and it is able to pick up small and large items without a problem, especially hairs that normally become tangled in most vacuums. The caddy it comes with has everything you need and we love that we never have to change the filter bag. The bag surprisingly holds a lot and we have to change it out only once a year. We vacuum on average twice a week, but no pets. My worry was that we would need a new bag often but it holds a lot. The attachments came to great use and we have used all of them so far for reaching high places or using the upholstery one for the couch. We love the duster attachment, but wish it was better made since we use that one a lot. Overall, super happy with it and glad we didn’t go to the Dyson. I have convinced my family to switch out from Dyson to this one just because it’s so nice. Only downside is I wish it had the headlamp on the front of the wand to see the dust. But considering everything else it’s a great purchase!

I had a Dyson V10 model that was damaged so I was in the market for a new stick vac. The BESPOKE models are usually quite expensive, but I found this one for 60% off randomly one day and had to pull the trigger. So far I am very happy with both the performance and looks of this model. It is much quieter than my Dyson was, yet still picks up dirt/dust just as well if not better than the Dyson did. The floor attachment is superior for hard floors. I like that the battery shows a percentage and exact time remaining, and the fact that is came with two batteries in the box. The included attachments are also superior to my Dyson. It came with the usual crevasse tool, but also good "pet" attachment I can use on my sofas. The attachment stand even charges the extra battery. The cleaning station has been awesome and looks very good as well. I didn't have space to put this in a closet, so it's out in the open, but looks great. Samsung did a good job with this product and I'm glad I made the purchase.
