I was an executive chef for the Westin Hotel chain international here in Detroit. I worked here for 20 years and I have to say that I was always a big believer in using the same quality cooking tools at home as we did in the hotel chain. It is a little bit pricier but it’s faster to use quicker to clean and safer because of the quality in craftsmanship. So yes it is a little pricier, but as the saying goes,You always get what you pay for and in this particular case it’s well worth the money. This pan completely blew me away I fully intend on buying the entire set and I am excited to check out some of their other products. I hope they have the ceramic knives that I have been looking for. I haven’t checked it out yet but if they do, those would be the items that I would purchase. So you’ll be happy to know that you can enjoy cooking again as well as cleaning your mess. This pan doesn’t leave a mess so happy cooking and cleaning. Enjoy your food as it’s meant to be cooked.

This is the best pan i've ever owned. love the look and the feel of it. It is heavier than it looks. Well built and works well.

Bought this for a gift for my sister for Chrsitmas. She had already purchased a smaller one and wants all the rest. She said they work fantastic nothing sticks to them. She cooks about 4 times a day various food at different times for the whole family. I plan on buying her another large stock pot around her birthday. It was a great gift for her. She has been experimenting with a lot of different ones. And this one is the winner. I may even buy one for my self. It is heavy not a light plan. Keep that in mind if you don't have a lot of strength.

Caraway nonstick cookware and bakeware are phenomenal. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but so worth it! I am slowly collecting pieces for my kitchen and tell my kids they will have to divide it all when I'm gone! Love this company!

After several weeks use am happy. Using no more than med to brief med high heat pan has not warped. Tsp of oil maintains nonstick even for stir fry. Wipes clean with soft sponge. Only cons: quite heavy so hard to lift to tilt food into bowl. Lid also heavy solid metal and must lift frequently to check food.

This is my second Caraway ceramic pan. I have the Dutch oven and decided to replace my cheap red copper sauté pan. This is truly non stick and clean up is a breeze!! It is a beautiful pan too I have the cream color. The pans are a bit pricey but I imagine with care this will last many years.
