Why did you pick this product vs others?: Build Quality Functionality: Instead of Telephone Jack could have made it RJ45 jack so that 2 LAN connection would be possible or provide additional jack for replacement (as per requirement user can replace the port.

Electronic ports are not working, have installed tommorow, but exchange date has expired would appritiate it it could be replaced by the sellers or amazon
