These pullups are everything my wife needs in a pullup. It covers up to her waist in a soft cloth like fabric. The pad area is extra wide and does a great job holding her inconstancy even at night. Ample cloth around the leg creases to insure everything stays contained. Highly recommended!

I purchased these for a gentleman that I have been providing care for And so far, these have exceeded expectations. From his feedback, he says that the quality is much better than other brands of disposable underwear that he has tried. The absorbency and thickness Have provided assurance of no nighttime leakage and have a fairly good hold capacity. The size fits great for the gentlemen that I bought them for And says the waistband is very comfortable and soft. Overall, these are a great value and would definitely recommend.

I got them for a handicapped man. Depends didn't come that big. They don't tear putting them on and they're not binding when sitting down as he cannot walk so well...sitting comfortably is important. These are pricy compared to others, but they're also a more superior product after trying 2 other products prior.

Warning--TMI and lots of period talk with descriptors. As a 30-something woman who has never been pregnant, I have zero experience with incontinence underwear. I'm plus-sized and never dreamed they were even made in my size. Being plus-sized, I have unbalanced hormones and recently had an intense period that took me to the ER last week because it was so heavy. I was bleeding through 2-3 super+ tampons PLUS 6 overnight pads (wearing 2 at a time) in an hour. After my ER visit, I decided I couldn't handle the constant changing and leaking all over my clothes. I found these and they have been a lifesaver. First, I wear 28W bottoms and have thick legs, and was very surprised that these fit so well. Every hour or so I go to the bathroom and have thick, heavy clots the size of golf balls and gummy worms waiting for me. They are full of blood and haven't even begun to soak through. They have INCREDIBLE capacity and absorbency. And while others complain about the width of the gusset, I like it for the most part because bigger women have wider lady bits. The first couple of days I wore them, nothing leaked out the side. Now for some reason, some blood finds itself making its way to the elasticized part on the edge of the gusset. The material absorbs it, but it still goes off the absorbent pad. I'd prefer the elastic part to be more fitted to prevent this. When I put them on, I have to do a bit of a squat to pull the elastic tightly up into my leg crease and try to prevent the leaks from meandering to the side. I haven't tried the tear-away option, but having just read about it in the reviews, I plan to so I don't have to juggle my pant legs tangling up in leg holes when removing. I dock a star for the issues mentioned, but honestly, the sizing and availability of these have been so helpful and made this situation I'm in less stressful until we find a medical solution. I was hesitant to give in to incontinence underwear, but if you're struggling with a heavy period, just DO IT. You'll be glad you did.
