I am an evangelist for Lithium Orotate. It changed my life and I try tell everyone! A little background: I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis along with non-Addison's adrenal insufficiency. This makes me very tired, very anxious and very irritable. I overreact to EVERYTHING! My dr recommend this to me at my very first visit after reviewing my anxiety and other symptoms. This OTC trace mineral helps me not react to the little things so I can focus on whats important at work and at home. Its a warm hug for my nerves. Lithium rotate in small doses is nothing like lithium carbonate that is used in rx mega doses for bipolar, anxiety etc. I experience no negative side effects when I take this. I feel like myself before I started having thyroid and adrenal issues - calm, nice, clear minded. I do not feel like I've had a lobotomy when I take LO. I take 5 mg on busy days and up to 15 mg (spaced throughout the day) on hectic, jam packed days. If I wake up in the middle of the night I take 5 mg to calm my racing mind and go back to sleep.

I started at 5mg and now I’m up to 25mg a day as I feel it’s my “therapeutic dose”. (Drink plenty of water). This has drastically improved my life - I didn’t realize how dysfunctional I actually was until I started trying this out, on a whim. Recently I ran out, and in one day I’m ready to impulsively run to the store and buy, and eat an entire German chocolate cake like I use to do. I didn’t realize that I was lacking a mineral so down bad. And that’s just one example. I’m surprisingly more present with my wife, and more affectionate…the list goes on. Calm. No rumination. Blunted impulses. I bought mine directly from PE so your mileage may vary. I never do reviews but if this can help one other person to try this, it’s worth it.

Great size capsule easy to swallow. Good value (180 capsules will last me 6 months. The brand a doctor I follow takes, so it has credibility to me. I’ve been taking 1 mg per day but it was suggested the sweet spot is 5 mg per day. I’ll follow up. The 1 mg seems to be helping so looking forward to seeing what this change in dose does.

This is a fantastic product. Our body needs all kinds of trace minerals, including lithium. This one is pharmaceutical grade and third part tested so you don’t have to worry about any garbage being in it. Cleveland Clinic recommends this brand and I’ve seen great results.

It's hard to evaluate the results from supplements. I can say that it has not caused any negative effects. Based on my research, I am going to keep on using it.

I get excited about trying new supplements, but ultimately, most of them end up going unnoticed or don't do much. These, however, were a pleasant surprise! I haven't been taking them a long time, but I notice a huge difference after taking them! Especially when combined with exercise, my mood was through the roof! I couldn't believe how content and happy I felt. It reminded me of when I initially took antidepressants back in the day (before all the side effects). It is a big enough difference just taking 1 that I notice every time I take it. I didn't realize other people took it multiple times throughout the day, and I will likely be trying that next as it didn't seem to last the whole day, but if it continues to work like this, I'm perfectly fine with that. Can't say enough good things about this, very impressed!
