I honestly don't know for sure how much it helps. But everything that I have read about garlic. It says that it is so good for your cardiovascular system and\n Although I Love garlic, it's hard to eat it all.The time this is a really great way to add it.And I intend to keep you using it. And also , the garlic is very easy to swallow
