I've been taking this for about 3 years, since I first noticed gray coming in at the temples plus some sprinkles in the top of my head. After about the first 10-11 months I could see that the new graying had stopped but some older grays were still there. This product will not reverse existing gray hair to its original color. But as new hair comes in, it comes in at my original color, which is a mousey light brown. Three years later, there is still a bit of gray at the front temple hairline, and a few sprinkles, but not as much as before. No new gray has appeared. My very fine, thin hair grows slowly (maybe 2 inches in a year), so for someone with fast-growing hair, you may notice good results a bit faster than I did. Just be prepared to give it a year to see results, keeping mind that this affects only new hairs.

I am taking it for almost 6 months I am very satisfied with the results. My hair is more beautiful, with a wonderful bright - many people noticing it. I realized the results after the first 3 months, noticing that the quantity of white hair had a small decrease. And after that, every month I see an improvement and my hair is slowly becoming black again. I strongly recommend it! My doubt is if I should keep taking it even after my hair is totally black again or if I should stop. By the way, is there a recommended maximum period of time to take it, or can I take it indefinitely. It would be nice to have reviews/ recommendation or studied if pregnant women can take it. I did not read anything about it, but I think it would be a very welcome information for women that have plans to get pregnant. Rgrds

2019- I have now used this product for nine (9) years and continue to have good hair color. PLEASE READ PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW . . . ADDITIONAL UPDATED PHOTO SUBMITTED. Have used this product starting in 2010 when 51 years old. I was not totally grey, but starting to grey. I have (had) light brown hair; which turns blonde when exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. I have had great success with this product. My hair is now 'more' brown (darker) than when I first started. I continue to find new grey hair on occasion, however, I believe the product has greatly reduced grey hair progression. After reading reviews posted here, I believe it does not work for everyone. I started using it before I started to really get grey. My wife was greying more than I when I started. She started using it at the same time, but did not see anywhere near the results I have. Genealogy and hair condition as well as hair color when beginning this supplement may be directly correlated to the results one gets.

Been using this for about 4 years and now see good results. Roots are showing much less gray and overall color has improved. I see others complain they see no results in a couple months or so. The gray does not magically disappear after after 4 to 6 weeks!. You have to stick with it for months and months while the color grows out from the roots. Takes patience.

I brought triple 000 size to put these double 00 capsules inside. I am finding it difficult to find "00" acid-resistant capsules to fill Catalase powder into. Catalase needs to get into the intestine. I am hoping that by double capsules it will be more stomach acid- resistant. I also ingest the caps in the early morning , empty stomach, less digestive acid then. By doing this saves time and Money.
