My package came with two of the same color bottles, I reached out and they were very easy to work with and very accommodating and sent me the correct bottle right away. I love this product and will buy again

At first I doubted whether to shell out the money for what seemed like a trend or fad but I am glad I did; not only are they pleasant smelling and aesthetically pleasing, you get a heavy glass bottle for the hand soap. There is an on and off dial on the nozzle which may be hard to read which may be causing some of the problems mentioned in the reviews. I have had no problems, the packaging was nice and I have repurposed it for storing craft items....make sure the nozzles are in the off position and the tablets are completely dissolved before putting the nozzle on the on position. Undissolved particles may clog your nozzle if you are not patient.

I decided to try this collection of products because it closely matched what I really wanted and needed in my home. Delivery was good. No issues with the box or the contents being damaged in transit. That being said, especially in light of the comments/complaints about the bottles, it would have been helpful if there had been instructions in the box explaining what to do to use the products. I had to go to the website for that. Also, issues with the bottles; some might remember other products where you adjusted the spray on the bottle. These have the same adjustment, mine were not marked and there was nothing in the instructions to tell me. I like the hand soap but it really isn't anything to write home about. It foams, it cleans. It doesn't dry my skin when I use it. I like the glass container. The cleaners are an entirely different matter. One review I read talked about the requirement to wipe crumbs off the counter. I think that is a pretty low bar for a cleaner. So far I haven't been overly impressed with what I have seen of either of the cleaners. They hit that low bar but... Overall I can't say I am impressed enough to encourage a purchase unless you are able to pick and choose exactly what you want or need without getting things you don't.

I love the blue land cleaning products. The cleaning quality and smell are fantastic. I love that they are natural and safe for kids and pets. I use them all over my house on a daily basis. I will definitely continue to purchase refills. However I don’t care for the spray bottles. They have not worked well from the start. One of the spray bottles leaks everywhere when I spray it. The other doesn’t spray well and the trigger sticks so I have to wait sometimes 30 seconds between sprays for it to work.

I clean for a living, so I hope you appreciate this. I’ve tried numerous “ Gentle” Product lines I’ve tried many heavy chemical product lines. I’ve even tried various types of cleaners from Windex. Yes, they do more than glass cleaning. I found this company because I was looking for that fit my clients needs which is mostly mothers with children and couples with pets The heavy scents of a lot of other cleaners leave behind can just be overbearing on animals, and it made me uncomfortable with my small children around in my home. This product line is definitely worth it. It’s bathroom cleaner gets soap scum like no other and I love the that are left behind with the all-purpose cleaner and because it’s one I never have to worry about the scent getting discontinued so every time my household or client smell eucalyptus I hope they think of me ha ha Really, though the quality that these cleaners provide for the prices that they offer is unparalleled. I hope you give them a shot.

The Blueland product line is very aesthetic—that’s why I chose it over the many other lines of eco-friendly home cleaning products. If that’s all that mattered to me—like maybe if I hired someone else to clean my house—this would be a 5 star review. Maybe that sounds superficial but if I like the way a bottle of bathroom cleaning spray is designed, I’m far more likely to not hate the chore of cleaning the bathroom. But ultimately, these are just hunks of plastic that don’t work. I’ve been using/trying to use them for over six months to no avail. They fail at the basic premise of their function: – the bottles leak – the nozzles don’t spray right – the hand soap pump doesn’t pump and/or foam It’s almost comedic how poorly these perform. Once you squeeze the spray bottles, you have to wait at least a full second before being able to spray it again. That doesn’t sound like such a burden but the next time you’re liberally spritzing a surface with cleaner try stopping after each spritz and counting “one mississippi” before the next. Sometimes the handsoap pump produces an ideal wad of foam. But other times, the pump itself either gets too much air in it or something and instead, after trying to firmly but gingerly press down on the brittle plastic dispenser affixed to the disproportionately weighty glass bottle, all you get is a bubbly dribble of soap. I’ve read other reviews on here that say the company reached out to them and replaced their faulty nozzles and pumps. That’s very nice, though I don’t suppose I rate as *influencer* enough to expect a call myself. It’s likely if you’re reading this, you won’t either. To be clear: Blueland absolutely should replace these products as we have paid them our hard earned money and not received appropriate value for it. But that sidesteps a far more egregious flaw in the brand’s value prop. By inspiring us to invest in what are supposed to be long-lasting, reusable products that are marketed as “good for the future of our planet” but have been so poorly designed and produced they need to be replaced with MORE plastic, Blueland is only increasing our collective contributions to garbage patches around the globe while purporting to do the exact opposite. That’s a stink even the best smelling products can’t get off Blueland.
