It worked and cleared them good. Was very easy to use just follow the direction. It takes 15 min to sit in your ear . But if you don't like things in your ear don't use.

This product is great for cleaning the ear wax out of my ears. Works better than anything I've tried.

These ear drops definitely work and are as previous reviewers noted more effective then typical over the counter drops such as Debrox. I have dealt with ear wax congestion over the years, mostly in my left ear. I used to run, knee issues prevent that routine anymore, and the impact and body heat generated by running always allowed the wax to find its way out of my ears. My left ear was recently severely impacted with build-up, I repeatedly tried Debrox, leaving the drops in for varying time increments then flushing them with warm water using a bulb syringe with no results. I ordered Earwax MD after reading some excellent informative reviews and they were delivered through Amazon Prime on Labor Day, which shocked me, I didn't think anything was delivered on Labor Day. The drops did not work at all after my first application, I followed the instructions, 15 min then flushing with warm water. I was resigned to making an appointment with my physician and paying around $140 for wax removal, my insurance like most plans these days has a substantial deductible. But I kept after it, applying the drops for varying increments, laying on my side between 15-60 min and by Tues night my hearing was drastically improved. Now it's Wed and I'm approaching 100% recovery in my left ear. I didn't have a wax epiphany, giant chunks didn't fall out of my ear, it took several applications and the wax slowly worked it's way out. So, the take away is the drops are effective but be patient, it might take repeated doses before they work depending on your specific condition. Shout out to Amazon Prime for delivering on a holiday!

Hi Registered Nurse here. This worked well on my teen son! Saved us a visit to the urgent care. After trying hydrogen peroxide with no relief several times I finally got this product. BE PATIENT though it may take a few tries to dislodge any wax depending on how much wax has built up over time. My son had clogged ears on both sides and his hearing was severely diminished. We did each side at least 3-4 times. No issues with the product itself. There’s a lot in that little bottle. I used the whole dropper full each time & we left it to do its magic for at least 15-20 mins. Then flushed firmly but gently with warm water several times until the wax came out using a 12 ML syringe (use a bigger syringe so you don’t have to keep refilling it or use a ear flushing device specifically for flushing wax). KEEP FLUSHING until stuff comes out. Instant relief once the wax came out & my son can hear 100% again. No complaints from him at all. Even after doing several rounds of this I still have enough product left over & doing my husband’s ears next! Would definitely recommend & would repurchase again!

These drops really worked! However, I had to use tiny ear wax scoops to pull the wax out, after I used the drops. I was shocked at the little gobs of wax were scooped! Hardened wax and partly soft wax came out. Best of all I regained my hearing! Before using this I couldn’t hear conversation at meals unless I was “yelled” to. After using the drops I could hear normal table conversation, no one yelling to me! I even was able to not use my otc hearing aids. Strongly recommend thes drops, but also use tiny ear wax removers,

Buyer Beware! Do Not Use This Product! We were using an ear wax removal tool kit and having great success and then decided to use these drops with it and that’s when it all went bad. It turns the wax into a liquid mess that slides further into the canal and then it hardens like cement. It completely closed off the eardrum and made it impossible to hear. And it changes the properties of the ear wax making it no longer possible to stick to the tools to be removed. It was a terrible experience that took hours of separate, painful removal sessions. I do not recommend this product to anyone!

It appears to have helped to get rid of the wax, but I did a 2nd treatment to my left ear, and it severely irritated the ear. After three days of painful suffering, I got the idea to apply Neosporin with a Q-tip to the painful area and within a few hours, the pain was gone. I would recommend being very careful to not leave it on too long. It appears to be much more powerful than Debrox. Also be sure to heavily flush after applying.

I have had ear wax issues all my life and this is by far the best product by far. No really this stuff is works
