ECO-WORTHY 170 Watts Monocrystalline Solar Panel 12 Volts Applicable to Motorhome Caravan Camper Shed Boat Yacht Off Grid Solar System Backup Power

I have 4 of these 170 watt panels wired 2S2P facing due south at 36 degrees(Yorkshire UK) I am pleased with the output I am getting, not quite the 8.95A stated but that said my battery bank 520ah was at 73%. They were ordered at different times and are slightly different in appearance but all have the same label on the rear and tested individualy, so if you want matching panels order in one go. Yes I would recomend these panels

I already have a 170w panel with charge controller cable and brackets I wanted to double wattage so I bought a 170w panel on its own I did not realise the brackets did not come with it until I tried to fit it

Easy to fit

Ordered one, then ordered another 10 days apart.Panel 1 was delivered well packed without any shipping damage.When I unpacked panel 1 I found that there was a clear intermittent silicone residue coating in the top third of the face of the panel!I scraped this off using isopropyl and a cotton pad fairly easily.Panel number 2 arrived with the same residue in almost the same location top 3rd of the panel but also along the bottom edge. This reside was much thicker than found on panel 1, and took an couple of hours to remove using the same method but with the addition of a stanley scraper blade!Power delivery is good and output satisfies.Shame about the clear silicone residue!

Work well

I mounted this 170W panel to the roof of my Ducato campervan coupled with a Victron 75/15 smartsolar charger and it works perfectly. It keeps my two 95amp hour AGM leisure batteries topped up easily, so far I'm very impressed!
