Tastes like chicken!
Easy-peasy chicken for salads, chicken salad sandwiches, or just 'as is' on crackers! I love it crumbled with diced pecans, diced strawberries, and diced celery! Also yummy with with sunflower seeds, pineapple tidbits, cream cheese, walnuts and raisins! Versatile really. My friend like it mashed with crumbled blue cheese. Good price and comparable to more expensive brands. Been around for years and offer a little lean protein boost. I used to wash mine in a strainer before using until I read it has no effect on reducing sodium, and can actually increase contamination risk (alrighty then!) They included the whole salt mine in these little cans so if you're on a reduced sodium diet, avoid canned chicken! Other than the salt issue, well, it pretty much tastes like... You know, chicken! ;)'

I love chicken canned chicken.... convenient and easy to use... but not when it's dented .. needs better protection in the packaging

Convenient Source Of Protein
I enjoy the taste of this chicken. It can be incorporated into soups, chili, tacos, ramen etc. The can has a lot of chicken in it. It is a nice change from eating tuna and makes an excellent snack as well.
