It's good for me .

I took this once a day - a 300mg dose - for twelve weeks to see if it could help with a potential migraine-adjacent issue, taken alone, with B2, and with Nortriptyline. It had no effect on me whatsoever, so far as I could tell. I was monitoring things quite closely but there was no detectable result on any health metrics or indeed on the migraine-adjacent condition. I didn't notice myself to be more energetic or mentally more focused either. Obviously, that says nothing about whether it will help other people, whose condition is tied to this sort of thing. But for me it is a dud.

Warning! This contains sunflower oil, which I am allergic to. The 200 MG/ 60 had rice powder which was fine. No change in the label except in fine print on the back. Something obvious should change on the label when the formula does a MAJOR switch for 90 caps and 100 MG more. Bad pharma when they market to people with allergies -- no soy should also say no sunflower.

I’m not quite sure how to rate these yet, so I gave them three out of five until I find out further. I am hoping the manufacturer can respond… I received these today, some are light orange, some are a darker red-orange and appear melted inside, and some are a mixture of the two. It looks like the contents are separating; either the orange is melting and turning into a reddish liquid, or the reddish liquid is solidifying into a light orange. Are these safe to use?

Have taken this product for years and am very satisfied with it. I like this brand. It is very good quality.
