Will the mount fit 11/2 " handlebars , that's one and a half inch bars ?

It opens wide enough to fit on wheelchair leg (pipe) that measures 4.5” in circumference (around the perimeter). That is about 1.5” in diameter and this clamp opens wide enough to fit on wheelchair.

Would this fit a 3 1/4 inch wide water bottle? Yeti 36

Hi, this fits my 30oz yeti with no issues at all... The bottom of the holder had rubber grabbers that could be removed to allow a bigger base to fit... I am not near mine at this time so I can’t measure the top opening... the real hold is done by gravity into the bottom of the holder... I use mine on my golf push cart

Is this a 360 degrees self-leveling cup or just front to back (180 degrees)

It pivots 360 near the clamp but the cup holder itself just swings back and forth
