Does this work with a 2004 GX470?

It also worked with my 2004 gx470 with the Mark Levinson & RSES. I bought this with the y cable. I previously bought another Toyota 6+6PIN Bluetooth adapter similar to this that didn’t work with the truck.

Yes that should work. Does your car use a cd changer? If so youll need to remove the head unit which is pretty easy and unplug the cd changer plug from the back and plug in the yatour in the same slot

It is compatible with my 04' GX470. Not sure about other Lexus models, but is says Toyota/Lexus here. I did not see any specific models it made for. Mine works well for over a year now. If you find it fit your vehicle, you probably won't regret it. Also, youtube might know if it fits RX models.
