Synergee Mini Loop Bands – Resistance Bands for Home or Gym

I am a physical therapist in Ketchikan, AK. I recently discovered Synergee mini bands and now use them almost exclusively for lower extremity therapeutic exercise. I find them superior to theraband for hip strengthening for ease of use and effectiveness. No tying knots or measuring out band. The complete set is very practical. Even my athletes will use varying resistance based on what exercise is being performed or their current strength/endurance levels. The complete set of bands makes it very easy for patient's self progression. The price is unbeatable. Home gym in your pocket, great for taking on a plane for business trips or keeping in your gym bag to perform corrective exercise before or after your regular workout. These bands are very durable. I have not had one break in one year of using them. I will say that the green band (most used in clinic) seems to have lost some elasticity but that is with HEAVY use in an outpatient physical therapy clinic over the last year (still has not needed to be replaced). We have challenges in clinic to see who can do a monster walk with "THE RAINBOW!" (all bands at one time). As a physical therapist who works with ALL patient ages, diagnoses, physical ability, etc, I highly recommend these bands for ALL of my patients and either purchase a set for them myself or have them order on amazon. I had Therabands for a few years, because my PT used them. When two of them snapped during use, I found these. Two things are so much better about Synergee: 1) the material doesn't rip out your leg hair. I'm mostly using these for hip/core work, and they slide on and off easily and painlessly. 2) They print the resistance level right on the band. This is one of those things where as soon as I saw this, it made me feel almost angry that Therabands don't do this extremely simple thing to keep track of which band to use (especially when the colors aren't in any particular order, like light to dark. Maybe Therabands are better for really lightweight stuff where you're stretching them waaay out, but for my purposes, these can't be beat.

I ordered these after using them with my personal trainer. Use them for at home exercises. Great quality product. Would buy again.

These are the same brand that are used at my Pilates studio. If they can hold up to use in a class setting with multiple users a day, they should be fine for my home use. So far, so good. They are thick and feel durable and are comfortable against my skin. I haven't had any issues with the bands rolling up during use, but I've only used the thicker bands so far.

I purchased my bands and they didn't disappoint. I've been using them hard along with mini band workouts I found online and the resistance is incredible. I've purchased bands that were so thin they rolled after a few uses, resistance failed, and began to stick together. I'm making this review after owning and using for over 7 weeks. You'll find varied resistance and can not only use these for lower but also for great upper body workout. The bag will be perfect for those who travel and need more than a free treadmill. After the car accident I was in I found these perfect to help build muscle and even to stay out of and avoid a gym membership fee until I'm actually ready. Best bands I've bought to date.

I have never owned any mini pair of resistance bands, but I had tried out a few. This pair is honestly the best pair of resistance bands that I had ever owned. They do not grab your hair, and simply feel comfortable. The bands were small enough to do clam shells and lateral walks, but if your purpose is to do any arm exercises such as curls or military press then you will want to go look somewhere else. Also, the mini bands feel very durable. I have own these for about 2 months and used them every day, they had not snapped on me. The red resistance bands feel thick and durable while the yellow band is less thickness but does not feel like it will snap. If I had a choice to choose a different company vs iheartsynergee's company, I would simply choose iheartsynergee without a second thought. I had never had to contact them, but they email a few times to make sure you got your product and that you are satisfied with the product.

Received the Synergee Exercise Bands within the specified time. A friend recommended some light duty rehab exercises to treat my shoulder pain, so I researched the needed bands on Amazon, and chose Synergee due to the positive reviews. So far I have used the two lowest resistance bands, yellow and green for my exercises, and they are just right for my shoulder issue. I've been doing a lot of push ups the past year, and may have over rotated my left shoulder, and now it hurts to do any type of pushing or chest compression movement. I am doing reverse shoulder rotations with the lighter bands to help balance the shoulders out. There were some reviewers who complained that these bands were too weak and weren't comparable to heavy weights. Well these are light duty bands for rehab and other light exercises, not for a heavy duty workout. There are large heavy duty bands out there that replaces weights, and have 15, 30, 60, 100 lbs resistances ( I have a set from Rogue Fitness) if you want a heavy workout, but the understand that the Synergee bands aren't it. For what they are, I think the Synergee bands are excellent.
