Brought these to replace an old set while at a good price, comfortable to wear, battery lasts a good while and they fit well. Feel sturdy and look great.

This has a very decent microphone for a gaming headset (mic quality was a priority for me) while being not too expensive. It's also comfortable.Sound could be better, but for the price and use (I use it mostly around the house on my iPad so I can still talk on Discord when away from my computer) it's enough

The software is excellent, except for the low mic volume which was driving me crazy.The build quality is a nicer rubber and plastic that is not flimsy and doesn’t discolour easily, the pivot mechanism of the headset is made from durable aluminium. the headrest is a unique band tightened fabric thing that holds the head in place. the sound quality is surprisingly good compared with previous iterations, however still does not outcompete some other similarly priced analog headphones. I understand That wireless will never compete with analog from price point, however even some £80 headphones have better environmental sound and than these Corsair headphones. In addition you can’t use Dolby Acsess or windows surround sound unless you disable frequency tweaks in iCue! This makes you choose Corsair features over functionality. I understand that surround sound is probably not that important for a none surround sound headphone, but I would have thought that at this price point 5.1 surround or 7.1 surround would be a feature.Apart from that+connectivity is great+nice style,+good mic quality, ( when boosted with windows custom programming )+good durable build quality+good sound quality for wireless+frequency edits for wireless dongle+Corsair iCue featuresNegatives:- lack of proper surround,- lack of mic volume ( iCue related )- battery lasts 3 to 2 intensive hours of gameplay on 60% loudness,- after 3 hours of gameplay the headband gets a bit tight,Improvements that can be made:+ Better software integration+ proper 5.1 surround sound support for wireless, 7.1 uses more battery,+ better battery efficiency

I purchased the Corsair HS80 RGB Over Ear Headset for my PS5, and it has been fantastic. The sound quality is amazing, the battery life is solid, and the fit is both great and comfortable for long gaming sessions, mic is good, volume controll is easy. The only downside is that the RGB lighting can only be color-changed via a PC, so when using it with the PS5, you're stuck with the default color. However, this is not a deal breaker by any means. Overall, it's an excellent headset for PS5 users!

Great headset good build quality feels comfortable and sturdy. Battery life is good easy to set up you don’t even need to use Corsairs icue software if you don’t want to. They fit nicely the Velcro strap to adjust is probably the only downside to this headset.

Sidetone simply does not work as it should. Nowhere near loud enough and after emailing them they treat you like you don't know what you're doing. Believe me I do as I work in the film industry. And a big part of that is the technical aspects. So I know when something isn't working properly - yes the volume slider is up...... Beware potential buyers who want sidetone. Just buy a good set of analogue phones and I highly recommend the Yamaha AG03 external mixer which literally has everything you need including the ability to monitor your own voice properly, has inputs for other things, is also a high quality USB soundcard and affordable.

I have given this a low rating due to its poor build quality. I havent had it long, and I take very good care of my gear, and the headset is already falling apart. Sending it back for repair wouldnt be an option because I use it everyday and I cant be without it, it is currently still functioning buf it is going to fully go at any moment.The headset itself is okay, for the price I would expect something better, but I think there is better options out there at this price.
