Had surgery last week and the piece that they put me in was very uncomfortable. Research for a while found this and ordered put it on yesterday and haven’t thought twice about it. It’s so much more comfortable and does the job nicely. Very happy with the product. Ok update it felt nice had some compression but my dr aide said it wasn’t near enough which is why my arms were not looking as good as I expected. Think having both is nice to trade off but that’s just me

After brachioplasty I had to wear compression sleeves for six weeks. I initially had a pair of sleeves like this (same manufacturer) but 3/4 length but I found the sleeves kept rolling up above my elbows and felt like a hair tie on my arms, on top of surgical incisions and it was both painful and annoying to constantly unroll them a only to have them roll back up the second I moved at all. I visited the manufacturer’s website to see if they had any ideas about the issue and saw they had a full sleeve option. I ordered these and it had completely resolved the issue with the sleeves rolling up. The sleeves are several weeks old now and they haven’t stretched out despite constant wear and frequent runs through the washer. They also do a great job of wicking away moisture and despite having surgery in June and wearing them into August, they are not nearly as hot as I thought they would be.

I like the product however it’s difficult to determine what size. I had to Google the product to determine the size. I ordered a Medium however I should have ordered a Large. Every where I read and medical people I spoke to said to down size by 1. I’m disappointed due to the cost of the item and getting the wrong size. Even reading in the reviews no one spoke about staying at the size or downsizing. So when I bend my elbow it’s so tight I don’t think I can wear it. Would I buy it again not sure if I would.

Expensive but worth it post surgery. This is medical grade fabric. A lot of similar products on Amazon are not.

The doctor provided compression garment was extremely uncomfortable after my bilateral brachioplasty (removal of excess skin). So I went looking for something else and these were perfect!! They were easy to put on and I could slip my arms in, then do the hooks in front and slip the hook part over my head so I could apply them myself if my hubby wasn't available to help. I bought 2 of them so I could wash & dry 1 pair while wearing the other. I wore them under my clothes during recovery and they looked like an undershirt when wearing short sleeves. I have worn them round the clock for about 2.5 months, and just at night now. I would definitely recommend these.
