so I have been using this product for a few years as a meal replacement because I have a hard time with solid food sometimes. I used to be able to use this product with zero digestive issues but either they have cheaped out on their formula or my digestion is getting worse. I now have to use lactase enzyme or i will have the poops within an hour and it wasn't like that before.

The taste isn’t that great and I’ve found it doesn’t compare to other gainers. Next time I’ll fork out the extra money for the rivalus clean gainer, which I had great results with in the past

This is a very carb-heavy protein powder meant as a “mass gain” supplement if you’re struggling to fit in enough calories in your daily diet. It is great for people who struggle to consume enough calories to gain muscle mass. It’s packed full of complex carbs derived from wholesome grains like oat bran, amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat, millet and chia. I do wish it had more protein per scoop as this 10lb bag contains about 36 servings (2 scoops/125g) which contain 25g of protein. Most other protein powders I’ve tried pack about 20 – 25g of protein per 30 – 40g serving so it’s a pretty huge disparity. This is really not a great deal money wise if you’re just judging it on grams of protein per dollar. If the amount of protein is not your highest priority when buying a protein powder/workout supplement/meal replacement powder then this would be a decent option to consider. If protein is your #1 consideration, then I would search elsewhere. The vanilla flavor is not bad but it’s not what I’d consider yummy on its own. I like it best when blended into a fruit smoothie in the morning or after a workout. The powder doesn’t really mix all that well in a shaker cup as it clumps up terribly and doesn’t ever look smooth without actually blending it. This isn’t all that rare when it comes to protein powders but this Hulk powder is clumpier compared to most other I’ve tried.
