Not the best, but close to the best
Hi readers, I'm writing this detailed review (Chocolate flavor, Soy protein) after using it for more than 3 months. First why I chose Soy protein: Being vegetarian, I had very few options available to fulfill daily intake of protein. Whey protein consumption led to breakout of severe acne on head and back multiple times. So I quit using whey. But then exercise was not fruitful and I was losing my muscle. So, one day I somehow found out about Soy protein and I started using it. My honest review about Nakpro Soy Protein (Chocolate flavor) : I have consumed two packs till now. In the beginning, I didn't like the taste as I was used to with Whey Chocolate flavor. It was more like chalky taste. Not fully soluble in water as I mixed as per directions on the pack. Too many Lumps were found. Current way of using Soy protein : Then I tried some extra water (300-350ml for 1 scoop) along with round metal shape in mixer to break the lumps for 1 minute and it tasted much better. 99% lumps were gone. Now I'm happy as no acne breakout happened and soy protein is much more cost effective than anything (1g protein costing less than 90 paisa). Now I will keep using it. I will just try other flavors.

NOT a review about efficacy but about taste & digestibility etc.
- its a very fine powder, like nakpro's whey. the taste of this powder too i felt was quite close to whey. when mixed with water and shaken vigorously and well, it doesnt form lumps. the taste is certainly not unbearable or unpalatable. didnt feel the 'chalky' texture either. but there is a bit of a strong sweet aftertaste & a 'whiff', but thankfully its momentary & doesnt linger-on. hence it can be easily taken with water, though i would advise to use it with chilled water or with ice cubes. - however it tastes best with milk! one of the users has given a good idea of blending it with milk, dates etc. in their review, and it certainly tastes delicious like that! its a fantastic idea! blend it with milk, dates, some nuts, raisins, may be banana etc., and you would be in for a treat! - felt absolutely no bloating etc either - so all-in-all, i feel that it can be a good & affordable alternative to whey esp. for vegans. need prolonged use and time to judge its efficacy though. but on other parameters, it stands out & seems to be a great option!

NAKPRO SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE REVIEW
I didn't try many protein powder brands, but here’s my experience. I first tried Food Strong Whey Protein (1 kg for around ₹2299 on Swiggy). The chocolate flavor tastes good. However, I noticed some Amazon reviews mentioning that the scoop size has been changed from 34g to 44g while the protein content remains 26g, which is a bit confusing, but i think Swiggy has old packets of food strong protein. Later, due to budget, I tried the nakpro soy protein isolate (500g first to test). The taste is not as good as whey, but still drinkable. Considering the price (around ₹900 per kg), I can’t really complain - it’s quite affordable. Overall, decent option. Can try if your budget is around 1000rs

Good protein
It provides good/ sufficient amount of protein however the taste is very bad. I purchased chocolate flavour but I have to pinch my nose and sip the protein shake.

VFM but bad taste.
terrible taste. but has extremely high value per gram of protein. so you could use it if you can handle the taste. but mind you its really bad. science says there are no feminizing or bad effects for men. but there might be some bad effects if you go beyond about 200gm per day (this too science isn't sure but just to be on safer side) . but anything below that you're safe, and science approves it. mixability is bad if you do it standard glass and spoon style. if you use shaker it mixes well. protein content seems to be either accurate or close to accurate. i didn't find any 'muscles not healing' issues on taking it. but that doesn't make it 100% accurate. could be off by +-20-30 grams per 100gm.

For the price (800-900rs when I bought) it's very good
I am writing this because I see a lot of people saying it doesn't taste good. Bt i can assure u it tastes good enough and mixes well and with milk and 1 banana the taste is even better and the protein content claimed per scoop is correct according to many lab tests I saw myself (except corefitlabs ofc, don't trust solely on that guy's tests pls). I didnt have any digestion issue either. I think it's a good product for 800-900rs range. Edit- Now at 1200rs they have made it really overpriced. I would never buy this at that price

good for the price
pretty good, mixibility is decent, small lumps are there at the end of the drink but its alright. The taste is the worst if you take it with water, but its taste actually gets really good with milk, i take the verka low fat milk(the yellow one) with this and it tastes great. I am reducing one star because the taste is not good at all with water, and also there are lumps at the end. Also many youtubers are claiming that the it offers way less protein than what it claims which increases suspecion. I think Nakpro team should do something to make their customers trust them even more.

Best Budget-Friendly Vegan Protein – No Shaker Needed!
NAKPRO’s Soy Isolate is a standout, especially if you’re looking for a clean, vegan option that doesn't cost a fortune. Here’s my honest breakdown: ✅ Pros: Surprising Taste: For a plant-based protein, the Chocolate flavor is actually good. It’s not overly earthy or chalky like many other soy proteins I’ve tried. Zero Lumps: The powder is very fine. I was worried about that typical "gritty" soy texture, but this is surprisingly smooth. Effortless Mixability: This is the best part—you don’t even need a shaker! I mixed it in a regular glass with a spoon, and it dissolved completely without leaving any clumps at the bottom. Complete Nutrition: It provides 25.3g of protein and 4.6g of BCAAs, plus it contains all essential amino acids. It’s great to know I’m getting a complete protein profile for muscle recovery. Very Budget-Friendly: If you’re on a tight budget but don’t want to compromise on your protein intake, this is easily one of the most affordable high-quality options on the market. Final Verdict: If you want an easy-to-digest, vegan-friendly protein that fits a tight budget, go for it. It hits all the marks for muscle gain and recovery without the hassle of a shaker bottle. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, especially for beginners or students looking for value.
