Whenever I feel like I haven't had enough water or I feel low in energy or sluggish I use this. It has it's own taste, but it is worth it. I feel better after drinking it. I recommend using this.

Word: these will snap you out of a hangover in no time flat and without the urge for fast food fries! 1 - 8oz glass of water, 1 tablet, 2 minutes to dissolve and you're good to in under 1 hour... tasty too.

Tastes terrible, but I do feel much better after using. Takes longer than I expected to dissolve completely. Overall, seems to do its job. Just wish it tasted better.

If you’re having cramps in your legs this will cure it drink one glass of water a day until they stop then you don’t have to drink anymore for quite a long time until they might come back if so just drink some more I promise it works
