Great product that is well-packaged and comes in big enough quantity. Ayurveda says that Triphala pacifies all the three doshas or defects that attack our health. I have recommended this brand of Triphala to many frieds and they have been quite satisfied. The product deserves good word to be spread about it. Despite its impeccable virtues, Triphala's taste leaves much to be desired in the mouth and that is the most charitable thing I can say about its taste! But here it is in a capsule form which keeps your mouth out of the intoerably pungent taste of Triphala. So, what's not to like?! Get it!

I've been taking triphala for a few years now to help with digestion. I was leary of this product as it's a standardized extract, which I find sometimes to be ineffective in other products. However the normal kind doses are massive pills that I have to take a ton of & that get supper old. I'm glad I tried this product, it seems to be working just as well as the non standardized versions I've tried at the same "dose" only with many less at a time (woohoo)! Highly recommend.

Decent product, not as good as some of the other brands out there, you have to take more than usual in order to expect the same results.

For digestive issues I have found triphala to be the best all around solution and this is a quality product that's easier to take than the powders and just as effective at a very reasonable price.

I knew about Truphala and had tried it gefore, but didn't think I had much need for it. Recently, however, I started having belly trouble, with pain and bloating, and itching. It had become chronic and doctors weren't very helpful. I've added Triphala to my daily regimen and have seen a substantial improvement with digestion and most likely supporing a healthy gut biome. While recover is a work in progress, Triphala has had tangible benefits for me. I know it's used in Ayurveda, and now also know that it has benefits.
