can this kit cover 4 20" rims?

I sprayed 4 17" rims and have plenty left over for touch ups.

Will this work If applied to the hood of a car ?

I used 2 cans plasti dip from walmart, black matte, on my carbon fiber hood. 4 years and has yet to peel. I added 3 more coats in oct 2019. Mistake was doing it in heat and humid weather. So can see dry dull spots is best i can explain. But overall it holds up really well. Do it in an enclosed area like a Garage. Thats what i did my first time came out best. 2nd time was out doors in carport. At night with humid weather..bad idea.

How long it can last on the bumper ? can hold on power wash ?

I'm not sure about a bumper but I had it on a rip for over a year and it's just not starting to wear off. It depends on how many coats you put on and how well you take care of it. Also I went through a power wash about once or twice a month. Hopefully that should give you an idea.

How many cans will I need to cover a 1997 Chevy suburban K 2500 ?

Aerosols are not appropriate to cover entire vehicles. You will need at least 6-7 sprayable gallons and need an HVLP spray for a vehicle that size.
