Zinc is very good for endurance and immunity. This is my first time trying this besvite product. Hopefully it is suitable and useful. Thank you.

Caused constipation
This product caused extreme constipation. I only took one, so if this works for you, you can have the rest of this bottle. Would love it if this company provided zinc in the recommended for women 15mg dosage.

This is one of the best products. They have no stearates. Clean product.
