I have been taking these now for several weeks have notice a massive change more energy, and I have retained my muscles as they do help while your on a calorie control diet. I eat more protein less carbs, drink plenty of water less tea and less coffee. I watch what I eat, but I do eat white meat fish, chicken, and eat a lot of red meat. I will not eat Pork and do not eat a lot of vegetables or fruit unless it is raw. These HMB are good value for money and they seem to be helping me as older I am getting I am concerned about lossing my muscle mass due to my age. I am 62 years of age now and still train hard and do a lot of gardening and digging. I hardly sit long as I like being out in all weather conditions either running, walking or swimming as many of my family, friends, brothers thinks I am crazy. I want to be fit and live and enjoy life waste it. I would recommend these as I will remain on them and buy more. I have 120 count here now.

Good supplement, have been taking around a month now, have i noticed a difference? I certainly seem to have more energy during workout and perhaps a little more definition around biceps, however my main reason for buying these was to stack with creatine to reduce muscle loss as i presently am in a calorie deficit as i try to shed some stubborn fat, and i find it difficult on occasion to hit my daily protein target. This could be the reason for having a little more definition, so jurys out in that department, i will say this, im 5 weeks into calorific deficit and i seem to have retained muscle and energy levels.
