Exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased. Large enough to put in prime rib with the bond still on.

Product worked as advertised.
My first attempt at dry aging steaks. The results were mixed. After aging, the color was darker and the 3/4” steaks were less compressible. That caused me to overcook a few of the six steaks I dry aged, since I was taught to use the end of the flipper to test for compressibility. The steaks hardly changed color on the grill. Internal temp was varied between steaks. Next time I will use thicker steaks, about 1-1/4” thickness, so I can better manage internal temp of about 130* for medium rare. I’ll ignore the flipper’s feel and the sear appearance. An expensive learning curve!
