Final Product Title: Gloss Piano Black Vinyl Car Wrap 🎨🚗
I recently used this vinyl car wrap film and couldn't be more pleased with the results! 🚗✨ The ultra-gloss finish gives my car an elegant and sleek look, making it stand out in all the right ways. I was surprised at how easy it was to apply, especially with its adhesive backing that sticks well without leaving residue. 👍 The quality of the film is top-notch, offering durability while maintaining a shiny, smooth surface. The gloss piano black color is rich and deep, giving my vehicle a high-end appearance. 🖤 The material is flexible and stretchable, which made it a breeze to fit around curves and edges without any issues. 🛠️ It’s been amazing for protecting my car's original paint, and I love how it adds a personalized touch to my ride! 🚙 Whether you want a new look for your car or want to protect it, I’d recommend this vinyl wrap. It gives you that glossy, professional finish with minimal effort. 🙌

Good quality easy process good results. But you need a heat gun

Good quality
Looks like actual paint! A lot easier if you split it in half and just take it from there.

Robust but not an easy install.
First time vinyl wrapping anything. I was less than thrilled with the outcome, but I learned a lot. You must stretch the vinyl some amount or it will crease on concave/convex surfaces. That seems obvious now but it was not a when I started. When you heat this vinyl, it activates the glue. So the peel and stick is basically a non-starter if your surface is anything other than perfectly flat. Once heated, it’s stuck and pretty difficult to remove. I managed to remove almost all of my bubbles with a 22ga needle from Tractor Supply. Any creases can be worked out if you’re patient enough to heat the area around the crease and keep rubbing with a soft cloth. If you get a crease you’re better off just restarting. I did try scratching and the polishing some of the vinyl and it worked fairly well. My main use case is to prevent deep gouges in paint on a G wagon that I off-road. I don’t really care if it gets scratched but I wanted something to prevent a tree branch from taking a scratch down to bare metal. I think this vinyl will work great for that.

Brought back my pride for my car
Other folk have been way too critial of this vinyl. It is AMAZING. I'm so relieved I found something affordable to fix my car. My car is my pride and joy, but unfortunately it began oxidizing and its in desperate need of a repaint. But who's got an extra 3k to spare? Not me LMAO. So I bought this product and although it's meticulous work to cut out pieces. It's given me so much peace of mind. It also perfectly matches my car paint! Seriously if you do it right it will look seemless! Idk about how itll do in a car wash. I will admit, it can get tiny scratches if u use a credit card to smooth it out. I ended up using my tshirt to smooth it out. No issues with adhesion either. This thing got stronggg adhesion. It aint go'n nowhere lol. Maybe i can come back and update my review later but fr no complaints. P.s. I also used the vinyl to fill in the missing black parts on my metal transformers emblems. Works perfectly!!

Not a smart buy
I was disappointed with this vinyl wrap. The functionality is poor compared to other brands I’ve used. The material is extremely stiff, which makes it very hard to stretch and conform around curves and edges. Even with proper heat, it did not relax or lay smoothly and wanted to crease or lift back up. Ease of application is a big issue—this vinyl is not forgiving at all. Repositioning is difficult, and once it touches the surface, it tends to grab instead of allowing clean adjustments. Because of the stiffness, getting a smooth finish without imperfections was frustrating. The color and gloss look decent at first, but once installed, flaws are very noticeable due to how rigid the material is. Overall, this wrap is not ideal for curved panels or anyone without professional experience. I would not recommend this product and would choose a different brand next time

Pro-Level Results Without the Pro-Level Price — Forgiving and Impressive Vinyl for DIY Stylists
I used the VViViD+ Ultra Gloss Piano Black vinyl to eliminate the chrome trim on my 2019 BMW 330i, and the transformation exceeded expectations. The gloss level is nearly identical to the factory door pillar finish, creating a seamless, unified look that feels OEM. It completely changed the car’s profile—stealthier, sportier, and way more purposeful. Installation was refreshingly doable, even if you're new to wrap work. The film handled curves and corners with grace, and the air-release channels minimized bubbles and frustration. It held tack well while still allowing repositioning, which gave me confidence to get clean lines without panic. Add a heat gun and a little patience, and you'll walk away feeling like a pro. Durability has been great so far—weather exposure hasn’t affected adhesion or finish, and the protective layer helped avoid swirl marks during install. I’m pairing the blackout base with Smurf Blue accents on the rocker panels, lower air intakes, and possibly a bold stripe down the hood. The contrast is going to pop, and this wrap laid the perfect foundation. For the quality and finish, the price is surprisingly fair—especially if you're experimenting or building confidence with DIY vinyl applications. Photo included shows the trim blackout in natural lighting—gloss blends smoothly with OEM finish

Tough to work with, but good quality.
I want to give lower stars, but this was my first go at vinyl wrapping. I figure the hood was prob the easiest to do, and that was all I needed, not the whole car. Its an old 2010 car so I dont mind imperfections. From watching YouTube videos, they make it look so easy. This product on Amazon appears to be thicker than the YouTube videos and more difficult to work with. Having said that, it does advertise as 'premium'. I guess thats what it means. It was hard to stretch, like I see on YouTube. It is pretty thick. I had difficulty at the front of the hood. I couldnt stretch it enough so that the film does not pinch. The middle and back looks good, but the front is all jacked up with the pinches. Its pretty dam noticable and ugly. I found a solution for that. I just bought a bug deflect to hid it. I had lots of air pockes. You just could not thumb it down. The air needs to go somewhere. I used a needle and gave it a small exit, then pressed down. Worked well. Its not like a new paint job, but It will do the trick for what I need. If you're a perfectionist, I would not do it. Find a thinner product. Order a small sample first. The good news is its an exact match of paint color to my car.
