NOT WORKING IF BOUGHT DONT THROW BOX UNTILL USE IT 3-4 TIMES
Not working unfortunately I have throne the box otherwise would have returned it. no steam nothing is coming out just wire is getting hot due to electricity consumption.

This item is not working and i exchanged with new but they picked up the product but not delivered new to me

1. Thermostat didn't work thus temperature of water was too high 2. Volume of vapour coming out is extremely low 3. Vapour temperature is way too high for face.
