ADMS-VX8 Review: Easy to use MUST HAVE to program radio!!! - This software is very easy to install and use (but only works on a pc, sorry mac owners, I own both), it's a must have to program the Yaesu VX-8DR radio!!! I had already opened the software and loaded it on my computer. The company would not take it back and had the guts to tell me they "don't handle the version you need". I am out almost $80.00. The company that did this is "Advanced Specialties, Inc through desertcart. I am very disappointed.

Good for making changes and visually seeing where everything is
Way over priced. Only reason I purchased it was because I have 2 radios. Once the info is in the computer just plug in the radio and sync. Good for making changes and visually seeing where everything is.

Nice Software!
This is a nice piece of software. Very easy to install, setup, and use! This makes the radio much easier to program than trying to go through the radio manually! Would be nice if Yaesu would package the software with the radio...

This will save you so much time and effort in programing your radio. The cable is very nice, not some cheap junk. The software is pretty easy to use and lets you set up your radio in a fraction of time. This item only works on the VX-8DR, this WILL NOT WORK on the VX-8GR... I really wish it would....

Not working with WIN10
After installation, caused significant issues with Windows 10. Removing its installation corrected the issues. Application needs updating
