**Q: Does it have a "sprinkle" type diffuser under the cap, like the smaller bottles do?**
A: Not like the old fish and chips shops used to have but a single small hole which has to be shaken to get the vinegar out.  However, that said, it is the best malt vinegar going.

**Q: What is the malt vinegar used for**
A: Malt vinegar is mainly used on fish and chips in the UK and Ireland, where I grew up. Salt and vinegar are the only condiments used. No ketchup.

**Q: Is the bottle glass?**
A: Yes. I have never seen any English vinegar in a plastic bottle. Probably due to the acidity of vinegar.
