Boston Seeds Fast Growing Eco Grass Seed (Eco - 20 Kilogram)

Grass Expectations Second time buying this 5kg Fast Growing Grass Seed from Boston Seeds and I'd happily buy it again. I use it for patch repairs and overseeding, and it genuinely does grow very quickly, exactly as advertised. The key is to follow the instructions. Don't underwater it, but don't overwater it either or you'll end up rotting the seed before it gets established. Be patient and don't mow it too soon. Cutting it before the roots have taken hold will simply pull the new growth out of the ground. The 5kg bag gives phenomenal coverage and is easy to use, whether spreading by hand or with an applicator. If you prepare the soil properly and follow the guidance, you'll be rewarded with fast, healthy growth. The finished lawn is soft, lush underfoot and a pleasure to walk, sit or lie on. Excellent product and highly recommended.

Fantastic seed, it germinated within a week. On ground that wasn't the best prepared. We watered once a day with with watering cans, as the area is away from the house, by the side of a large hawthorn hedge. The conditions were really difficult but still reacted well to the challenge. Will definitely recommend and buy again.

Great saw grass within a week

Good size bag for price! The grass is just starting to appear now, growing a nice green colour and very soft to touch although quite patchy in places as though some seeds haven't taken! About to move on to next area as we are doing it in stages so hopeful for even better results I will spread a little thicker

Only half of the seeds sowed germinated

I started the seed in a fine net bag soaked in water for 4 days.. then mixed with compost. After 3 days I had over 1 cm of growth. See photos
