This supplement is nothing short of amazing! I have struggled with overthinking and anxiety for most of my life, and I found these softgels to be extremely effective at reducing my worrying/rumination and racing thoughts. To my surprise, they also help me with feelings of irritability. These do kick in quite fast- I started experiencing a sense of calm and centeredness within 45 minutes or so. They are a great option for those looking for a quick anxiety relief in the form of a natural remedy/non-medication route. I find that these help me get to sleep easier, but I would not say they make me unusually tired or fatigued. It is awesome to have discovered a non-drowsy solution, as many prescribed Rx meds for anxiety, specifically, have sleepiness as a common side effect. I have to say I take this at night to sleep. It doesnt make you drowsy but if you are like me, the MINUTE I lay my head on the pillow my brain is like "nope" and I start thinking and over thinking about everything. Ive taken prescription meds to sleep and hate them. This right here allows me to exhale and fall asleep and STAY asleep naturally. 100% recommend

These worked really well for immediate calming. Easy to swallow too. I did take sporadically because I would have pretty vivid dreams which I read can happen with ashagwanda.

I love this Goodbye Stress. Works great to keep calm and just takes the edge off. Highly recommend for stress relief.

I have on-and -off sleep issues. These OLLY softgels take the edge off my evening anxiety so I can settle, but they don't "knock me out." I take about 45 mins before bed; on tough nights I take two, but then i feel groggy in the morning. It works well. that said, this isn't instant magic-works best paired with a routine (dim lights, no screens). Price is a bit high for a month's supply, but overall a decent price the effectiveness. If you want extra strength stress relief to help you rest, these are worth trying.
