We use this for the first time yesterday. And the meatloaf that I made, and it was the best that we have ever had. The tray lifts the meatloaf off the bottom of the pan just enough to let the drippings through. Everything turned out quite moist and cleanup was a breeze

I've tried many meatloaf pans in my time. I'm what some may call a meatloaf connoisseur and I know my stuff. I like this self draining meatloaf pan for the usual reasons like ease of cleaning, quality build and baking capacity. I can cook a loaf for up to 5 or 6 people or a small loaf for 2 people. The design of this pan, however, is my favorite part. Since there are no sides on the part that lifts the loaf out, I'm able to slide the loaf off in one whole piece and keep it all together so everyone can witness my beautiful creation in one whole piece. You can't do that with some meatloaf pans.

I originally bought this so I could make meatloaf for my (now ex) boyfriend on his birthday. He cheated, so I broke up with him. And I don't really eat red meat. But I do like baked goods. So I used this pan to make banana bread for the first time. Figured out I really enjoy making bread and I think I found a new hobby. Anyways, GREAT pan for bread. It's very easy to get the bread out of the pan and super easy to hand wash. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this pan! 2-3 pounds of hamburger meat fit easily into this pan making the perfect size and shaped meatloaf! The drain tray helps you easily lift the meatloaf out of the pan without any kind of mess! It’s super sturdy yet very light weight! The meatloaf doesn’t stick to the pan! I just received this meatloaf pan and used it for a new recipe calling for 2 pounds of ground beef. The perforated holes in the lift out section, did their job. Even though I used lean beef, there was still fat at the bottom of the pan. Lifting the meatloaf out of the pan was easy and so was cutting it and serving it. I am very pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend it.

We love this meatloaf pan so much we bought a second one. Baked perfectly, the fat drains to the bottom so all you get is a nice meatloaf without the grease. It’s very easy to clean as well. We have used it for our own meatloaf but more often than not for our dogs.
