I bought the product from my husbands Amazon account- but rest assured- this is a woman writing a review for a woman's product! It took a little over 4 months to see new hair growth. Hang in there. If you are debating about trying this- buy 2 boxes of a 3 month supply rather than one box of one month. Commit to the six bottles. If after six bottles nothing happens you will know your hair loss is due to some other situation that Rogain can not address. But if it does work for you- it will be something you have to continue to apply indefinitely to keep the hair follicles strong. You will waste money buying only one box and giving up. You must apply every day twice a day for at least 3 months. I put it on when I wake up and before i go to bed. It gives my hair a texture that was not too problematic except that it requires more frequent washing- I know personally that if you are losing hair it is distressing and you may be tempted to become delicate with your hair- but I decided to not be bullied. When I apply this- I rub it into the scalp vigorously and let my hair know that I want it to be strong and durable. If it is going to fall out I'd rather get it over with than try to tip toe around the inevitable. But I am VERY happy to say that my head is now sprouting lots of new little strands of hair. They stick straight up and are only noticeable up close but hair gel handles that. But I love, love, love the little sprouts!! And am so glad to see my hair growing back. It is a reasonably priced product considering it is now very valuable to me. Other alternatives for hair loss like weaves or medical implants cost thousands of dollars yearly. This is a fraction of that cost and should be tried first. I hope this product works for you!

After reading reviews from others who've used this product, I decided to purchase it myself. After noticing my hair has been getting thin in the front, I really started to lose my confidence. I know my situation is definitely not as drastic as what others I've seen are going through with their hair loss/thinning, but it's bad enough for me to lose confidence in myself. Everytime my hair is wet, I've really noticed it the thinness. I was so bothered by it, it ate away at me. Thin hair and hair loss runs in my family, so it's probably inevitable for me, but I figure I could maybe slow it down a bit while I'm still young by using this product. I purchased the Equate brand of Rogaine from Walmart a while back and gave up after a while. It didn't appear to be doing anything. You definitely get what you pay for! I've been using Rogaine for Women for a little over a month now, it comes with 3 good sized bottles of the treatment. I use it twice a day, in the morning and before I go to bed. They claim using it more often than that in a day doesn't have any affect. I squirt it on the area where the hair is thinning and rub it into my scalp. Wash your hands afterwards and make sure not to get it in your eye. Everyone's hair grows differently, and so this product will react differently to everyone. I'm on my second bottle of treatment and just recently noticed a change in the thickness of my hair in the area of which I've been treating. For the first time in a long time, I'm feeling more confident in myself. I'm going to keep using this product and see what happens! Unfortunately, when you stop using it, your hair will start getting thin again. But it's definitely working to make me feel better about myself and my hair. Thanks Rogaine!

It's working great for my hair loss. You have to be consistent with it or it won't work. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and it is working. You have to be patient with it. It doesn't leave a smell or anything. Dries really quickly too.

This stuff definitely works...OVER TIME. Not going to lie: I RARELY used it twice per day, almost always once during the evening. Why? Bc it definitely adds a “film” to your hair, At least it did to my hair anyway ;it definitely gave it a sort of gritty, hairspray-esque feeling to it, and I most certainly didn’t want that texture during the day at work. So my recommendation is to spray it...yes, I said “spray”....my recommendation is to pour each bottle into a small plastic spray bottle of some kind rather than use the product dropper, because if you use the dropper you’re going to end up wasting SO much product or not use enough, and using the dropper is so messy...if you spray it on your hair, trust me, it’s so much easier and you can actually hit the spots that you need to hit with a lot more accuracy!!! So I would spray a soft mist (extremely lightly) just on my part in the morning, work the rest of the day, and then I when I would come home in the evening, I would spray it more liberally (approx “2 droppers full”, the recommended dose) onto my key areas of hair loss (front areas near my forehead, patches behind my ears where so many women have that “ponytail thinning” line, etc.), and then just sort of wrap my hair up in a loose bun or a loose braid to keep it out of my face. Trust me you’re definitely going to know that it’s in your hair it makes it feel pretty sticky. Be patient; I would say that It took a good three months before I started noticing a difference...I noticed that I started getting baby hair growth in the front of my forehead, where there previously had just been snagged, broken hairs, and I noticed that I couldn’t see my scalp as easily in the thinning areas on the top of my head (where I used to have bangs and years of separation of bangs from the rest of my hair caused the hair to recede back). Definitely going to keep using, Although I may switch back to the foam, because the foam is less messy and easier to use , but like I said this product does work. my recommendation to put it into a small spray bottle adds a benefit and ease-of-use to it, otherwise it’s just too damn messy and it just falls all over your head and not even in the areas you wanted to go, it’s so drippy. Def works tho, just takes time And this is from someone who definitely did not use it twice a day because it does make your hair feel greasy. Instead I would use it liberally in the evenings, OCCASIONALLY with a light (very light) spritz after my morning shower.

I had extensions put in for my wedding that damaged my hair at the crown and caused severe follicle damage. I've tried vitamins and masks with little success, but this product made a WORLD of difference. My hair is growing back thicker and faster than it did before. I put it all over my scalp and massage it in lightly (morning and night) and I've noticed new hairs growing even in spots I didn't necessarily think could get thicker (like where I part my hair on top)! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE buy this product and at least give it a month or two!! This is something you don't just use for bald spots like I assumed. My doctor and hair stylist both recommended Rogaine and I'm SOOOOO happy I listened and actually got it. Well worth the price!!!

I’ve been buying this repeatedly for almost half a year and I’m still not seeing visible results in my hair. One bottle lasts for about a month for me, like it listed. The product doesn’t really spread evenly throughout my hair and when I forget to apply the product onto my hair, my hair starts to fall off more than usual. For those who want immediate results, this is not the one.

I did read the reviews prior to purchasing and saw that some people experienced bad side effects. However my already thin and fine hair has been thinning significantly more lately. I am 32 and seeing my scalp throughout most of my head has been really devastating. I just was desperate and figured I’d just stop using it if it caused side effects. I wasn’t prepared for the severity of side effects after only 1 application though! It didn’t actually irritate my scalp right away so I first thought everything was good. It did tingle just a bit and felt very toxic and “chemically” though. I guess I had expected it to be soothing and nourishing since it is supposed to promote hair growth. Within only an hour or so after use I began to feel nauseous, dizzy, extreme fatigue, chills, cold sweats, confusion, chest pain, shortness of breath, and numbness throughout my body. I used the recommended amount and applied it around 2pm. By the time I went to bed I was feeling awful. I woke up and my scalp burned as well as my shoulders, neck, back, and parts of my face which I can only assume was from some of the product transferring to these areas in my sleep. It’s been 24 hours since I’ve discontinued use and I am still not feeling 100%, my scalp still burns. I see that this works really well for some people and that’s great, however I was not one of those people. I am not even generally sensitive to chemicals or hair treatments/products. One of the bottles was also leaking when it arrived so luckily Amazon did refund me because of that. I should have just bit the bullet and spent the money on the new vegan product instead of resorting to chemicals. That will be what I try next. **************** Update: I have been using Vegamour for the past year and the results have been amazing! It’s a bit pricy but sooo worth it!! It is nourishing and soothing and my hair has grown so quickly! No more bald spots! My hair is full and healthy and I am amazed to say it’s really beautiful! It’s even grown in with a really nice natural wave. I am not posting any links and gain nothing by sharing this with you. Just wanted to inform other women who went through what I did, that there is a healthy natural alternative that actually really works!

Bueno comienzo diciendo que este producto es excelente. En el 2019 me corte todo el cabello para dejármelo pelo rizo. Pasa que mi pelo no avanza tan rápido como los cabellos regulares. Desde que me lo corte comencé a ir a Dermatologo y allá me colocaban unas inyecciones para estimular mi cuero cabelludo y me recomendaron que comprara esta marca. Entonces compre la version de mujeres y mi cabello comenzó a crecer todo rápidamente, ya para 6 meses estaban de la mitad del largo que tenia y había parado las inyecciones del craneo. Nunca pare de usarlo para el 2020 en abril ya mi pelo esta a del mismo largo anterior y lo cual me encanto y he decidió a volver a usarlo ya que tengo areas con pocos cabellos y el estrés me ha sacado mucho pelo y estoy tratando de estimular mi pelo. El doctor me recomendó mas el de espuma que el de gotas, el problema de este es que la espuma moja mi pelo y como ya lo tengo liso tiende a dañar el estilo a comparación del de las gotas ya que ruedan por mi cabeza y llevan a diferentes areas. Lo recomiendo mucho porque no solo es por falta de pelo o areas que necesita. También es para ayudar el crecimiento de todo el pelo y estimularlo.
