Setup was extremely easy. Included in each bag is a built-in hook, allowing to be hanged on the closet rod. Each unit is individually wrapped, making storage easy. There is no required maintenance, other than making sure they are replaced when they are full. My one gripe with this is what I likely believe as a minor quality control issue. I did purchase two 3 packs at one time, and one of the boxes holding the three packs had loose beads. Although it didn't affect performance or be a major functional problem, I would prefer something, especially for ease of use like this to not leave residue to be cleaning up later. They really work! I usually have to run a dehumidifier in my basement during the hot weather, now I just hang these bags and they remove any excess water. I was amazed at how much water they remove. No more musty basement and even better, no more high electric bills !

We have tried so many different methods to eliminate that damp, musty type of smell in the lower level of our house - even thought the level is completely finished and heated. We have used coffee grinds, baking soda and those plug in scent drops and nothing seemed to work all that well. We tried these scented damp rid hanging bags and within the first 3 week, there was a noticeable difference in the smell and air quality. We hung three bags and within 45-60 days all bags filled with liquid - which meant they were working. Highly recommend these. They do work and you’ll be pleased with results.
