It is strong, good and economical. It is also easy to fit. The screw holes are big enough to be little flexible.

Based on 1 day's use. The original net back had broken and this was found as a replacement. The product arrived with decent packaging but only 1 of 4 screws were provided. It looks quite like the original but is not as comfortable - but I wouldn't consider this a big negative considering the alternative was to throw the whole chair away. I was able to use the old screw, so that was sorted.

Screw holes are mismatched, very difficult to assemble, quality is not good as original, not comfortable.

Screw groove could've been better,also screws didn't meet with the old one. Apart from this it's sturdy, well fitted.

It is worth as a replacement for a damaged part of a chair. Serves the purpose it is intended but cost is little high when compared to the cost of full chair.

The product is as in the picture, but the height was lower than my previous backrest. So buy the one with the headrest. The height is too short only good for sitting few hours. Buy the one with the neck rest from the same company. Don't buy this. Don't have return either for this product.
