Slightly less rich, but a good alternative
A convenient alternative to traditional honey with a similar sweetness and smooth texture, but without the added sugar. It works well in tea, coffee, or drizzled over food; however, the flavor is slightly less rich than real honey and has a mild after

Good taste
Very tasty. Very nice honey flavor, however it is very expensive. I found a much cheaper brand, so I will not purchase again unless the cost comes way down.

best honey substitute ... rich, golden and pretty close to the real thing
this honey substitute is about the closet thing to real honey that i've tried i use it in recipes in place of honey for example, if im making a bbq sauce, or anything that needs that rich honey flavor and feel i've ordered it several times, an i've been pretty happy each time

Gel like product, but tastes ok
Tastse is acceptable for a sugar free product. Pours like a gel, and not like a liquid.

No, it's not honey, bu it's a great product
You must understand something about this product. It's not honey nor will it taste like honey. It is also does not have the consistency of honey. It's much closer to the consistency of maple syrup. And for those of us who do not consume sugar and eschew most alternative sweeteners (I have very few approved sweeteners I can consume, with xylitol and stevia at the top of the list), this product is fantastic. I can make a nice ginger chicken stir fry with a great teriyaki-like sauce, I can make nut and seed bars/granola (no grains here, either), and I can make a nice honey mustard sauce, too. This also works great in dressings when you want to cut the vinegar bite just a bit. I love it, and I always keep it on hand.

Doesn't taste like honey
Doesn't taste like honey by itself. Which is how I want to use it. Maybe it's good in recipes as others have said. For somethong so expensive it should taste like honey.

Small container, but if you are looking for that honey, taste and don’t want to splurge on the calories, then it’s worth it. However, I would not recommend it for baking or anything seeing as there’s not much in the jar. It’ll be better for putting on toast, in tea or perhaps as a drizzle on your ice cream.

Lovely substitute for honey , but expensive for the amount you get , I will buy it again but not as often as I would like ,5 stars for taste though

Fantastic sugar/honey alternative beware though there is xylitol in this so if you have animals, make sure you keep this out of sight out of mind and do not give them any of this. I was not aware or didn’t see when I purchased this product. I generally do not have anything that contains xylitol in my house as I have a dog

I just love this stuff!!!! I have it on keto porridge and sugar free icecream and even low carb toast. It's perfect for diabetics like me. It isn't the same as honey but it's thick sweet, dark and delicious. Perfect for drizzling. Yes its expensive but I feel like I'm having honey again!!!

The only reason I bought this was to see if I could make sweet mustard with it. In the past I tried this with other sweeteners without success. My first attempt was 1:1 honey and smooth Dijon mustard and it was great! So happy with the outcome. Next time I’ll be trying 2:3 parts in an attempt to save a bit of honey. This would have gotten 5 stars if it was more affordable and had a stronger honey flavour.
