My son has left oil stains on my asphalt driveway. Can I safely use this to remove them?

As long as your asphalt is not new I believe you should be ok. The reason I say that is because it is an oil eater and asphalt has oil in it.

Can it be used to clean brake calipers before painting them?

Sure u can but I rather use something stronger like brake cleaner Spray.

What are the instructions for washing laundry?

I reccommend testing it on a reverse side inconspicuous spot, wait a few minutes, as for me, I normally spray this stuff directly on my spot/stain, let it set for a few minutes. then toss in the washing machine as normal.

Will this work on pavers?

Yes it should. It works really well. Helped the neighbor but cleaning up the grease under her BBQ cleaned it well.
