I have very small feet and struggle to find supports that aren't too big. Will these fit my size 2 feet?

I have size 7 feet but slim ankles and found it too small for mebso i had to return which was an easy process so I'd suggest your order snd try and if nongood, retun as I did . Hope it fits if you do order

Do u need to sleep in this to feel relief from planta fasciitis ?

This is my opinion only, I would never sleep in anything that applies pressure. This does. So I personally would take it off when I go to bed.
