I picked up the Momofuku Black Truffle Chili Crunch out of curiosity, and now it’s one of those things I don’t want to run out of. The flavor is bold but really well balanced — you get that savory chili crunch first, then the umami hits, and the truffle comes through without being overpowering or fake-tasting. Texture is a big win here too. It’s got that perfect crunch that makes everything better — eggs, noodles, rice, even just throwing it on top of leftovers completely changes the dish. I’ve caught myself adding it to things I normally wouldn’t just to see how it turns out, and it almost always works. A little goes a long way, but it’s hard not to keep going back for another spoonful. It definitely feels like a more premium version of chili crisp, and you can tell some thought went into the flavor. Only downside is you’ll go through the jar faster than you expect. If you like chili oils/crisps and want something a bit more elevated, this is 100% worth trying.

The black truffle flavor is addictively good. I got this last week and have been using it as a condiment on everything. Egg salad, fried rice, pizza, sauteed veg, everything. I will never be without it again. Full of flavor,

Not bad at all. They have a light truffle flavor so its not overpowering. I use this on my dumpling and in my noodles.

Has more heat than the chili crunch. Don’t taste any truffle flavor whatsoever because of the heat. Don’t taste any crunch in either but if others do that’s great. I do love the original chili crunch. Use it on everything. A bottle of teriyaki marinade and 2 tablespoons of chili crunch makes an awesome marinade (overnight)on chicken,shrimp,and beef.

Best Chili Crunch brand I have found. Put it on anything and everything. The black truffle adds an extra kick of flavor. It is spicy, but it doesn’t overpower your mouth to where you can’t taste what you are putting it on. Stays crunchy and lasts a long time.

Whoa amazing! Really has an amazing balance with the truffle. Definitely gonna be buying more. This stuff is amazing!

The product itself tastes great! However, the first time I used it, I got violently ill the next day with what seemed like food poisoning. Trigger warning ⚠️: (it was coming out both ends at the same time). I then went away for a month and it was kept in my refrigerator. When I got back, I added it to some Thai rice I got. That evening, again, I got sick. This time with really intense stomach issues that went on the whole night and then felt sick the whole next day. It's quite a coincidence it happened twice. Note: I've had chili crisps many times in the past and I never had this happen.

Too spicy for me - but my daughter loves it! (Call me a wimp...)

This product is amazing....worth the money, i will keep buying this product. If you havent tried it. You have to try it. It isnt too spicy but full of flavor!

Good stuff

Like many other's who purchased this product, it arrived leaking profusely around the lid. Most of the oil had leaked out not only making a mess but also making the product unusable and untrustworthy. Would have like a refund but this is a non-refundable item.

Product is great, Delicious! Jars always leak... Momofuku, get better Jars.
