These shears are really nice. I’ve had many different pairs before I found these, and the handles are the first think that seems to break, especially cutting through bone. I use these to clean ducks and they work great.

These shears are very well-designed, and provide a comfortable grip. Time will tell if the handles stand up to use, or fail where my last pair broke (that I bought these to replace), but from what I can tell, the point of pressure that broke with my name-brand shears is better reinforced with these. The design is very appealing, too, and the sheath is great to keep them from getting dinged up in my toolbox.

When I tell you that as a person with arthritis in my hands, spatchcocking a 14# turkey was completely effortless. The spring on the handle allowed me to stay in motion without putting pressure on my hands or fingers. I also liked that I was able to hold it firmly. It also comes with a sleeve cover you can attach to a belt if cooking outdoors or out fishing or hunting. Great gift for men and women. Definitely recommend and would purchase again

Bought this so that we can spatch cock our turkey for thanksgiving. Did not perform as described was very dull, and one of the handles broke off when we were trying to cut the Turkey, so no go do not purchase.

Nice, high quality shears, but the seller should be upfront and say that in their advertising. Took a month to get as it ships from China. Customer service was nice but not helpful and tracking is totally inefficient.
