Perry Miniatures 28mm American War of Independence Continental Infantry 1776-1783 by Perry Miniatures

Great product and arrived on time.

They were advertised, but difficult to assemble. I will look for complete miniatures next time

Just started painting 28mm AWI and decided to try out the Perry Plastics. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Assembly was a bit frustrating at first, ( trying to get the arms to look "natural"), but soon got the hang of it. The detail was as good or better than many 28mm metal figs, but time will tell if they stand up to the gaming table. The only real drawback I had was the lack of diversity... all the figs having the same basic pose. This was a good, inexpensive, starting point for me. If Perry expands their plastic line, (their line of metal figures is fantastic), to include figure firing or skirmishing I'll definitely buy again.

I was somewhat disappointed when opening my purchase. The figures were smaller than expected and lacked details in some areas. Maybe my expectations were unrealistic. But figures were easy to build and lots of extra parts. I would recommend this purchase even with my complaints.

The historical accuracy was remarkable.
