The same as you get in the stores only cheaper than 2 local stores. I bought this for convenience and only found out later that it was cheaper than my local competition. Yippy. I feel like it works better for pain than Ibuprofen.

Great value for a big bottle

While I might be an outlier, I prefer the branded Aleve caplets (from Bayer) to the numerous generics (including an Amazon generic) that are readily available - and much less expensive. This branded version is about 4 times more expensive than most of the generics with the same quantity of caplets - a BIG difference for sure. I tried several of the generics and these branded ones just work better for me. In my mind - whether the theraputic difference is real or just perceived - it does me no good to spend way less for something that doesn't work very well. And since I only buy a bottle of 250 caplets 2 or 3 times per year (at most), the small premium I pay is worth it to me. The bottle I received has a 3 year shelf life - something buyers need to pay attention to - because some generics are short-dated.
