Is there any ingredient of pork ???

Hello. The women's prenatal contains gelatin sourced from pork and fish. The men's pre-conception contains gelatin sourced from porcine, bovine, and wool grease.

Q- how long did it take yall to get pregnant? We just ordered this January 15th

Pretty sure this product (basically vitamins) is not to help you get pregnant. They are for before you get pregnant to ensure your body has all the nutrients it needs too be healthy and ready for pregnancy and once you are pregnant to give developing baby what it needs for healthy development. As product description says: “Adding a prenatal multivitamin to expecting mother's daily routines is an important step in providing nutritional support for pregnant women and babies throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding” Maybe there’s some new medical research out there & I might be wrong. You can always run it by your doctor to confirm. Using it in my second pregnancy now & they are great. I tried other ones and some would smell really bad and others would make me really nauseous.

So the women's prenatal is like a gel tab, while the men's pre-conception is like a pressed powder vitamin. Neither my husband nor I had a problem swallowing them with water.
