OLLY Extra Strength Sleep, Occasional Sleep Support Supplement - 70 Count

I struggle with sleep and always have. I used to be terrified of Melatonin because I didn't understand much about it and the crunchy Facebook mommies talked about it like it was poison. However, desperate times call for desperate measures. My doctor has had me try a number of different prescription sleep medications, but nothing worked well, and if it did, I felt terrible the next day. I like a lot of other Olly supplements, so I thought I'd give these a try. I started with the recommended dose of 2. They helped me fall asleep, but I felt like a zombie the next day. I decided to half the dose and took one and it was like magic. I still woke in the middle of the night, but these consistently help me fall asleep and get at least 3 solid hours before my brain reactivates and keeps me awake. I have experimented with taking a second (still within the recommended dose of 2, just spread apart) if I can't go back to sleep after my first block of sleep and that often does the trick, but it does lead to some grogginess the next day. These are not the best tasting of the Olly line, but they don't smell bad, and I've gotten used to them. I find them generally easy to chew and swallow. The texture is more gummy than rubbery, and I definitely do see benefits. I have them on autoship because they work. I recommend them to my fellow insomniacs.

I have bad insomnia that comes and goes and have for 30+ years. Sometimes no matter what time I go to bed or how tired I am I just will not fall asleep and nothing seems to help. Magnesium, Benadryl, loading up on melatonin, working out, meditation. I will be awake nearly all night. Sometimes I’ll fall asleep and then wake up a couple hours later and not be able to sleep anymore. Too many times I’ve gone to work at 6:30am on 1-2 hours of sleep despite going to bed at 8pm. Even on my best nights I typically wake up every hour or two so my sleep is never deep for very long. Enter these gummies. I was super skeptical because I’ve tried everything but these actually work for me. In fact a whole gummy is too much for me (leaves me drowsy the next day). Half of one of these 15-30 minutes before bed helps me fall asleep and STAY asleep. I wanted to happy cry the first morning after taking these because I slept so hard and sound and only woke up once to use the bathroom. For me these have been a life saver. I wish they were cheaper but they’re worth it for me. They taste ok, and they seem to work best for me if I chew them for a minute or so before swallowing.

These seem to work well, not perfect for me, but at least I fall asleep quickly and get four or five hours sleep. I take two each night. One doesn’t work as well for me.

These OLLY Melatonin gummies work so well for me. They taste great, don’t have that weird vitamin flavor, and help me relax and fall asleep faster without feeling groggy the next morning. I’ve tried a few sleep supplements and these are definitely my favorite. The chews are soft, easy to take, and actually make bedtime feel relaxing. Will definitely keep repurchasing! The ingredients are good too.

Looked like Pic, nice container. Fruity flavor, and I'd does help me get to sleep and sleep abit longer, still wake in middle of the night unfortunately. But I would buy again as it does help. Chewy and soft, so easy to take, and cheaper then alot of them out there. There like a gummy so slowly desolve. You take two, I tried one first night then did two next night as recommended.

I’m kind of an uneasy sleep at times and I take two of these so that I sleep extra deep and sometimes I’m a little groggy from taking two but they taste so darn good. They’re really a heavy grape flavor. It’s kind of like a grape and a wine kind of flavor I can’t really describe it but it’s really really good so when I eat them, I eat them really slow because I love the flavor and I don’t want to see myself snacking on them. I don’t know what the hell that would do to me, but they are super good and you don’t taste medicine in them. I hate when you get gummy and then they taste like medicine, and these do not these are so good that I have to be careful. I don’t start eating more of them and they do work. I’ve had melatonin before and this is actually the best brand I’ve ever had the best version of this brand because it’s really strong and one would work But when I’m going through some stressful times I take two and they really do the trick often you take melatonin depending on the brand and you don’t even know if it’s working or not but this definitely works and I doze off slowly so I can watch a movie or a show and take them and just as the show is about over I start drifting off just really peacefully Which I really like so many brands you take and you wait and you wait and you wait your Wideawake waiting to fade and you don’t and these are just perfect. You fade slowly and it’s a gradual fade and drift off to sleep and it’s really nice. I even dream when I’m sleeping and a lot of times I don’t do that , so it’s worked out really well and I have fatigue issues so it does have me sleeping deep enough that I feel a difference in my energy the next day and I will probably buy no other melatonin again but this brand and this version of this brand

These work great for me. I have a hard time turning my brain off to sleep sometimes and these work fast. I get a well rested sleep and don’t feel groggy at all in the morning.

Works well to bring on sleepiness. Some of the melatonin products from other brands don't seem to work, makes me wonder if they really have melatonin in them. Expensive when taking regularly as have to take 2 to get a dose. Tastes good though, gummy format.

Not halal, it says it's vegan, but proceeds to add gelatin

Useless. My partner and I both tried it. Nothing. Na dah.
