NO CHALKINESS WHEN IT COMES TO THIS CHOCOLATY DRINK. I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY BOYFRIEND INSTEAD OF A REGULAR SUGAR CHOCOLATE MIX. THE QUALITY IS FRESH NOT OVERPOWERING CHOCOLATE FLAVOR. DISSOLVES QUICKLY, EASILY. PROTIEN IS A JUST NEEDED POWERHOUSE. TEXTURE IS SMOOTH TO THIN LIKE CHOCOLATE MILK. LOVE IT! NO STOMACH DISCOMFORT. BUT THEN AGAIN, I DON'T GULP DOWN MY DRINKS. BON APPITITE

Great tasting protein powder. It mixes well. It Is plant based so great for people with allergies to milk, or people who want to avoid milk.

Great taste, a bit to gritty for me personally. Did try it in an ice cream shake and was pretty good. Easy to use.

So far I am liking this one. I was drinking Premier Protein and adding it to my morning cold brew coffee, but after a while of drinking that I had to switch due to a sucralose sensitivity that caused me to be fatigued and had a funny taste in the back of my throat. Premier also had a funny after taste. I chose this one because it does not contain sucralose and the ingredient list is not as long. While it doesnt have the best taste, its not bad for what it is. I add it to my cold brew and add some creamer and it does not have an after taste. I ordered the liquid cafe mocha flavor as well but this one shipped faster.

I was surprised at how absolutely delicious this is.

I REALLY wanted to like this because of the nutritional content- higher protein and fiber than what I normally use- and it’s also less expensive than my regular protein powder. But the taste is definitely not for me. In fact I ended up mixing half of it with my regular protein powder just to finish it, and it still wasn’t that great.

¡¡¡THE SCOOP IS AT THE BOTTOM!!! The VERY bottom. I had to dump all the powder out into a mixing bowl to get it, thank goodness for other reviews or I would have assumed it was forgotten. It’s a good product. Definitely sweet but not sugary, nice strong vanilla flavour (not just generic ‘creamy’) and a bit of a texture but not an unpleasant one. Definitely doesn’t taste like peas. I’m buying it again.

I have had the premixed double chocolate shakes for a couple of years but they’ve disappeared from planet earth apparently. I figured I’d try this. My first clue it would be bad should have been the color. Whereas the shakes look chocolaty, the powder looks gray. I mixed it with the recommended amount of water - less volume than the shakes and more calories - and about a cup of frozen cherries. Second clue- even with frozen fruit it was the consistency of water, not thick at all. And it doesn’t taste remotely chocolaty just like a bunch of artificial flavors and sweetener. The most maddening thing is nobody at Evolve will acknowledge the shakes have disappeared from the market entirely. They act like it’s widely available when you ask, even though it’s been sold out on Amazon and literally everywhere since December.

A little bit chalky. The pre-mixed individual packages taste better. Overall still better tasting vs. OWYN.
